How can I order your products?

You can order any of our products through adding the products to cart and choosing the preferred shipping and payment method.

Can I order your product without having an account?

Yes, you do not need to have an account in order to complete the purchase transaction.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by entering your order ID and billing email in the order tracking page.

What if I want to replace/cancel my order?

We apologize that we cannot replace/cancel your order once you complete the purchase transaction.

Do you have international shipping?

Currently we ship our products locally and to GCC countries only.

Can I pickup my order from your office?

Yes, if you are a Bahraini resident you can pickup your order from our office and we will arrange a time for you within two working days.

What are the available payment methods?

If you are Bahraini resident you can pay your order using BenefitPay App, and if you are ordering from GCC countries you can pay your order through bank transfer.
