Introduction
Dhaman Medical is the first manufacturing facility of disinfectants, detergents and antiseptics in Kingdom of Bahrain. Dhaman Medical provides complete solutions to disinfection needs through fast, effective and ECO friendly products. It is good to mention that Dhaman Medical is accredited by the international organization of standardization ISO and MOIC Bahrain.

Challenge
Before Covid-19 pandemic, Dhaman’s target audience was limited to the speciality audience like hospitals and medical centers. However, after the spread of Covid-19 pandemic, Dhaman Medical needed to expand its target audience to the individual consumer and business sector. Moreover, Dhaman was needing to position itself correctly in the market and cover the shortcoming points that they suffer from in term of marketing efforts.

Solution
We played a vital part in reintroducing Dhaman Medical in the market through our marketing efforts in designing products’ stickers, catalogs, products stand, photography, videography, social media management and website design & development. In addition to that, we were a part in Dhaman’s public relations events through designing the flyers and bags of the campaign.

Results
Dhaman Medical have succeeded in enhancing its image in the market and get recognition by consumers in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Moreover, Dhaman have collaborated with governmental bodies like Ministry of Health, public awareness campaign to combat Corona Virus (Covid-19) and reputable organizations like Batelco and Babco.
